This super little Mk2 MG Midget was restored by its current owner over the last 12 months. Prior to this the car had been off the road for around 30 years!
The whole vehicle was stripped and almost every part refitted or replaced. The body was shot blasted and where required, body panels were replaced.
The quality of the black paintwork is average and a number of areas have been left unrestored (such as the seat backs, door cards and various seals/trims)
The Chrome is presentable but could possibly do with re chroming in the future.
Mechanically and structurally this Midget is absolutely sound and is an ideal/useable classic (the current mileage is 118,000).
The original roof bars are present (non-folding) and a recent new hood is supplied.
The price reflects the fact the cars paintwork is presentable but not perfect.
We are waiting for replacement V5 documents from DVLA. However, we do have a file of previous bills, along with a number of MOT’s and the original green log book!
